This website is owned and operated by Aditya Interseas Pvt. Ltd. ("Mitsoni", "we", "us"), registered office at Plot No. 154 P, Sector 7, IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana 122050, India. By accessing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including delivery address and contact number.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse or any breach of these Terms.

3. Products, descriptions and images

We take care to describe our products accurately. Specifications marked with an asterisk are measured under standard laboratory test conditions and real-world performance varies with room size, humidity, ventilation and voltage. Product images are for representation; colour may appear differently across screens. Minor design or specification changes may occur as products are improved.

4. Pricing and taxes

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices, offers and availability may change without notice.
• If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you before doing so.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, the delivery address is not serviceable, payment fails verification, or we suspect fraud. Any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Online payments are handled by third-party payment gateways; your card and banking credentials are never stored by us. Where Cash on Delivery is offered, it may be restricted by PIN code or order value.

7. Cancellation

• You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched, from your account or by writing to us.
• Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Replacement Policy.
• Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method.

8. Delivery

Delivery timelines shown on the site are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, regional restrictions or incorrect addresses are outside our control. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

9. Returns, replacement and warranty

Returns and replacements are governed by our Return & Replacement Policy. Product warranty and service are governed by our Support Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Mitsoni name and logo, product designs, photographs, illustrations, text and page layouts on this website are the property of Aditya Interseas Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our prior written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the site's operation.
• Scrape, harvest or copy content or data in bulk.
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, misleading or infringes anyone's rights.
• Place fraudulent, speculative or abusive orders.

12. Reviews and user content

If you post a review, question or other content, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it in connection with our products. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government action, power or internet failure, or courier disruption.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any statutory consumer rights you may have, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

17. Grievance redressal

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you may contact our Grievance Officer at sales@mitsoni.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
